Year Round Courses
OVERVIEW
This well established and successful programme for Primary Schools has been meeting the requirements of the Early Career Framework for many years. We know that those entering the profession in 2020-21 may have missed a significant amount of class-based practice and we have modified our programme to address common ‘gaps’ and concerns:
- Will I be ready?
- What will my school expectations be of me as an NQT?
- Will my mentor understand?
- I have missed almost a term of my teaching practice, how will I catch up?
- Will any NQT training programme reflect the lost term and support us in that?
